Digital Marketing Specialist

We are looking for a Digital Marketing Specialist to assist in the planning, execution and optimization of our online marketing efforts. The promotion of products and services through digital channels is a complex procedure with great potential that is becoming increasingly useful for companies such as ours.
The ideal candidate will have a passion for marketing and technology. You will be well- versed in the concepts surrounding digital marketing and how the Internet can become a strong asset to securing growing revenue as well as intuitive with great ideas to reinforce our marketing campaign. Your responsibilities include:
- Launch optimized online adverts through Facebook Ads, Google Ads, Tiktok, etc. to generate leads and customers
- Collaborate with designers to improve user experience and conversion rate
- Acquire insight into online marketing trends and keep strategies up- to- date
- Measure the performance of digital marketing efforts using a variety of Web analytics tools (Google Analytics, WebTrends, etc.)
- Suggest creative ideas and work with the content team to improve the company’s fan page engagement
- Plan and monitor the ongoing company presence on social media (Twitter, Facebook, etc.)
- Maintain partnerships with media agencies and vendors

- Excellent understanding of digital marketing concepts and best practices
- Perfect knowledge of web analytics tools (e.g. Google Analytics, Tag Manager, WebTrends, etc.)
- Being good at handling a heavy digital marketing budget to maximize lead generation performance is a big plus
- Skills and experience in creative content writing
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- BSc/BA in Marketing or relevant field. At least 3 years as an expert in Facebook Advertising, Google Ads for lead generation, highly experienced in performance tracking
- Experience with B2C social media, Google Adwords, email campaigns and SEO/SEM is another big plus
- Analytical mindset and critical thinking
- Working knowledge of ad serving tools (e.g., DART, Atlas)
