Duties & Responsibilities:
Support optimizing social media accounts (e.g., Facebook, Youtube, Tiktok) metrics to grow brand awareness, engagement, and conversions.
Stay up- to- date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to ensure our digital marketing and social media strategies remain competitive.
Collaborate with internal teams and manage high- quality content for digital channels, such as Fanpage, and landing pages.
Analyze and report on digital marketing and social media performance using tools like Google Ads, Google Analytics, Facebook Insights, and other relevant platforms.
Acts as a liaison between the internal team and the admin team when implementing minigames on the fan page.
Prepare presentation files for briefing sessions, monthly reports, quarterly reports, and annual reports.
Provide insights and recommendations for optimizing digital marketing and social media strategies based on data analysis and industry trends.
Develop and execute digital marketing strategies to achieve business goals and KPIs, including paid media and content marketing.
Responsible for tracking and closely managing the project&039;s cash flow.
Responsible for reviewing and providing feedback on content and images on the E- commerce Fanpage
Brief and collaborate with the media agency to develop and execute targeted paid advertising campaigns on social media platforms.
Job Requirements:
Bachelor&039;s degree in marketing, communications, or a related field.
Minimum 2- 3 years of experience in digital marketing and social media management.
Proven track record in developing and executing successful digital marketing campaigns and social media strategies.
Strong understanding of digital marketing and content marketing best practices.
Proficient in using social media management tools and analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Facebook Insights).
Strong organizational skills, managing multiple projects and deadlines in a fast- paced environment.
Experience with paid social media advertising and campaign management is a plus.
Creative thinker and problem solver, able to adapt and pivot strategies based on data analysis and industry trends.
Strong in data analytics and report visualization.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create engaging content for diverse audiences when needed.
