Digital Performance Executive

Handle issues related to advertising policies, ensuring compliance with platform guidelines.
Develop and manage advertising campaigns on E- commerce platforms (Shopee, Lazada, Tiki,...) and digital channels like Facebook, TikTok, Zalo, and Google.
Set up, manage, and optimize advertising accounts on E- commerce platforms, Facebook, TikTok, Zalo, and Google.
Continuously monitor and optimize campaigns in real- time to maximize ROI and conversion rates.
Provide detailed performance reports with actionable insights and recommendations for campaign improvements.
Collaborate with marketing, content, and design teams to create engaging ad content aligned with brand objectives.
Propose and implement new strategies to enhance brand presence and market share across E- commerce and digital channels.
Ensure campaigns achieve set KPIs.
And other tasks as assigned by Line Manager.
Allocate and manage advertising budgets across E- commerce platforms and digital channels efficiently.
Conduct market research and analyze consumer behavior to identify trends and opportunities for campaign optimization.
Collect and analyze data from campaigns across E- commerce and digital platforms, focusing on key metrics like CPC, CPA, and conversion rates.

• Bachelor&039;s Degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, or other related fields.
• Proficiency in E- commerce advertising platforms (Shopee, Lazada, Tiki,...) and digital tools like Google Analytics, and Facebook Analytics.
• Excellent budget management and optimization skills
• At least 2 years of experience in performance marketing, with a strong focus on e- commerce.
• Strategic thinking and quick problem- solving abilities.
• Previous experience in the fashion or retail industry is a strong advantage.
• Strong ability to work independently and as part of a team, with effective communication skills.
