Digital Senior Marketing

Create and implement digital marketing strategies, deploying content on digital platforms (brand websites, SEO, social media, ecommerce) with marketing teams and agencies.
Collaborate with other functional teams to develop best practices and data- driven communication approaches.
Project, manage media budget and performance tracking.
Optimize ROI/ROAS and ensure performance aligns with benchmarks and strategic objectives.
Stay updated on trends and share insights with internal teams, enhancing media and digital marketing expertise.
Main responsibility on overseeing end- to- end campaign processes, managing deliverables, and ensuring KPIs are met, projects are on- time and on- budget
Oversee and optimize paid- channel performance across ecommerce platforms (Shopee, Tiktok, Lazada,...), Meta, Google, Website,...
Monitor and analyze key media metrics (CPM, CPC, CPA, ROAS) for campaign effectiveness.
Work with e- commerce teams to integrate performance marketing strategies across marketplaces.
Develop tailored channel mix recommendations to maximize efficiency and achieve campaign KPIs (team & individuals).
Track and analyze competitor activities in media and digital channels, proactively informing stakeholders.
Ensure unified brand presence across all media channels

Detail- oriented, self- motivated and comfortable working independently with minimal supervision.
Deep understanding of the evolved media landscape and digital marketing instruments.
Experience working in cross- functional and cross- geographical teams is preferred.
2- 3 years of direct professional experience in media strategy, planning digital marketing budget
2- 3 years of experience in leadership, people management, project management
Preference for individuals that have worked in digital marketing agencies, client- side media, a large and complex advertiser experience in Personal Care/Health Care is a plus
