The company’s growth in Vietnam will be very dependent on this role and accordingly you will be part of the senior management team strategically forging the company’s expansion into other cities.
We are currently seeking a senior leadership role for the new Vietnam office in Ho Chi Minh City at Director level who can lead and help to recruit and intensively train the team, establish solid methodology best practice, and forge strong working relationships with clients and candidates.
After a few years of growth, DJRecruit has expanded into South East Asia, starting with our first office which opened in Ho Chi Minh during mid 2023.
Although you will be comfortably autonomous in running the office, you will be fully supported by the management board, including the founder of the company, and you will be expected to set up a strong sales floor culture as priority, and acquiring the right resources to develop proper background functions and operations.

We will be looking at CVs with the following profiles:
Excellent recruitment skills and in depth understanding of the complete recruitment life cycle
A natural energetic and driven leader who can attract, inspire and push the team/s forward
Possess strong written and spoken communication skills at all levels
Good understanding of P&L and budgets
Have a strong proven billing track billing and a track record of personally building client and candidate relationships and network
Someone with at least five years of recruitment industry management experience- building, nurturing, and driving a revenue targeted team or several teams
Strong computer literacy, knowledge of job boards, recruitment database, automation
Deeply understand sales floor culture, mentality, targets, KPIs, being able to translate and instill this in a new team to help them become successful
Have the character and focus to train and establish standards and best practice aligned with DJRecruit methods to the team
Someone with strong ethics and morals, positive energy and loyalty
