Yes4All is one of the leading brands for home sporting goods & furniture in the e- commerce market. Founded in 2010, we have strived to be the world leader in e- commerce enablers in term of trading, product creating and e- commerce servicing. Based in California with an operation office in HCMC, we have more than 500 young and talented members with expert knowledge and experience in the e- commerce industry.
We are on an ambitious journey to dominate not only US e- commerce market but also to enter new e- commerce markets of more than 15 countries in Europe, Asia and North America, not only Amazon channel but also Walmart, Wayfair among others. Besides, Home Sporting Goods, Furniture, Outdoor and Gardening are also great opportunities that we desire to occupy and create significant values. With our steady knowledge in E- commerce, Yes4All started to provide end- to- end ecommerce- enabler service in order to help Vietnamese and global manufacturers or struggling sellers bring their products to the US & International markets.

JOB DESCRIPTIONS
Managing and leading the sales team
Forecasting sales
Developing the annual sales plan
E- commerce Strategy
- Develop and implement strategic initiatives to achieve sales targets and increase profitability through E- commerce channels.
- Collaborate with senior management to define long- term goals and roadmap for E- commerce growth.
Digital Marketing
- Utilize SEO, SEM, email marketing, social media, and other digital channels effectively to maximize ROI.
- Work closely with the marketing team to develop and execute digital marketing campaigns that drive traffic, increase sales, and enhance brand awareness.
Analytics and Reporting
- Make data- driven decisions to optimize E- commerce operations and improve overall business efficiency.
- Utilize analytics tools to track E- commerce performance metrics, generate reports, and provide insights to senior management.
Cross- functional Collaboration
- Lead cross- functional teams on projects and initiatives aimed at driving E- commerce growth and innovation.
- Collaborate effectively with IT, marketing, and other departments to ensure alignment and integration of E- commerce initiatives with overall business objectives.
SKILL AND EXPERIENCE
* Knowledge
- Industry Knowledge: In- depth understanding of the e- commerce industry, market dynamics, customer behavior, and digital marketing trends.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; MBA or relevant advanced degree preferred.
* Skills
- Quick Learning: Ability to learn new knowledge quickly, find ways to apply, and scale them quickly
- Data- driven & Intuitive decision: Proficiency in using data analytics to drive sales decisions and also excellent in making decisions based on instinct, gut feeling, or unconscious knowledge to make quick & meaningful decisions in complex or uncertain situations.
- Communication and Negotiation: Excellent communication and negotiation skills to manage internal & external partnerships, and internal collaborations effectively.
- Problem Solving: Ability to identify and resolve issues promptly, ensuring the smooth functioning of the e- commerce sales operations.
- Leadership and Management: Strong leadership skills to build, lead, scale, motivate a high- performing sales team and manage cross- functional collaborations effectively.
- Strategic Thinking: Ability to develop and implement effective e- commerce sales strategies that align with the company&039;s fast growth & ambitious business objectives, especially in competitor- based pricing and value- based pricing.
- Digital Marketing Knowledge: Proficiency in leveraging digital marketing channels, SEO, SEM, and social media to drive online traffic and sales.
- Sales Expertise: Proficiency in developing and executing sales plans, setting and achieving sales targets, and managing sales operations.
- Technology Savvy: Familiarity with e- commerce platforms, CRM systems, sales software, and analytics tools. Be able to work with technology team to transform manual daily work into logics that machine can learn, then machine- assist to have breakthrough results
- Demand Forecasting: Proficiency in developing sales forecasts models using both traditional knowledge and e- commerce knowledge.
* Experience
- More than minimum 10 years of experience as Sales Manager, Marketing or relevant role for the multinational companies (prefer to FMCG, retails, trading or e- commerce industry).
