E-Commerce Executive

- Setting- up, managing social media accounts and sharing sites as relevant to the hotels markets (Facebook, Twitter, You Tube, Flickr etc) and developing social networks;
- Monitoring various media for positive and negative comments and discussions about the Hotel (Tripadvisor, Blogs, Forums);
- Proactively exploring and developing online opportunities to build hotel&039;s brand;
- Recommending new alternatives or ideas to develop the hotel&039;s online marketing strategies;
- Managing and developing online promotions for room, banquet & convention, food and beverage activities and other services of the hotel;
- Effectively managing the hotel&039;s website traffic, revenue generation, hotel promotion content and images display through conducting regular website audits;
- Other duties assigned by direct supervisor/Director of Sales & Marketing.
- Creating direct distribution action plan throughout the year and managing all preparations and actions and reports on results with suggestion at the end of each campaign;
- Identifying threats and opportunities in user generated content surrounding our hotel;
- Controlling online channels to optimize hotel revenue;
- Setting- up and developing direct & indirect channels;

- Knowledge of online pricing and distribution models;
- Good at English skills.
- Minimum 2 years working experience in posted position at international standard hotels;
- Degree/Diploma in E- Commerce & Marketing or equivalent;
- Proactively exploring all sales and marketing opportunities to drive revenue online (travel and non travel related);
