SKILL AND EXPERIENCE
Proficient in Microsoft Office
Have creativity, logical thinking and strong problem- solving skills.
Be proactive with “can- do” attitude
Preferably knowledge about the American market or SEO/ keywords.
Eager to learn and self- study
Preferably working experience in e- commerce
Preferably knowledge about Logistic and Operation
Preferably understand Concept drawing
At least 2- 3 years working experience at the equivalent position, preferable in e- commerce
Have ability to train and human development
University bachelor’s degree in Economics, Business Administration, Marketing or Finance
Great sense of integrity, responsibility and urgency
Work well under intense pressure and adapt to an innovative and fast- paced environment
Must be team- oriented and self- motivated.
Experience in planning and team management (about 5- 9 members)
Have the ability analysis business/ problem by metrics- driven
Preferably knowledge about the sporting goods
