E-commerce Senior Executive

- Support Head of Ecommerce to take care of channel Tik Tok Shop and category MDA (Major Domestic Appliances) Product sales in terms of expanding E- commerce business including E- commerce Platforms (Shopee- Lazada – Tiki) from operation/merchadising/sales/finance reconciliation plans- including additional E- commerce projects.
- PMO all activities and work with multiple stakeholders to deliver a successful campaign.
- Monitor black stocks / low- performing skus and take action to push sell as necessary actions.
- Analyze past campaign performance and reporting on the current campaign progress.
- Work with Product Marketing team & E- commerce Enabler teams to develop online merchandising and promotion plan to achieve sales targets and manage digital budget.
- Produce campaign mechanic to optimize customer experience and maximize sales potential based on various factors i.e analyzing and identifying best- selling SKUs (price points, models, colours or styles).
- Maintain a comprehensive library of appropriate data: Deals Tracker, Sales Data, Traffic, Conversion Rate, etc.

- Good understanding E- commerce platforms’ seller systems such as Seller Center.
- Willing to learn and show adaptability
- Assumptions and evaluate outcomes
- Great analytical and quantitative skills
- Do daily/weekly/monthly sales analytics reports.
- Bachelor&039;s degree, preferable in Sales / Marketing.
- Aggressive and fighting spirit.
- Knowledge of database creation and management
- Be the representative of brand, support the E- commerce Head on deals/visibilities negotiations with platforms.
- KPI- driven attitude and eagerness to adapt with the dynamic sales environment of e- commerc
- 3 years of sales experience- - preferable in e- commerce platforms, especially Tik Tok Shop
- Flexible to changing conditions and possessing high level of integrity
