Role Overview: As an E- commerce Promotion Intern, you will play a crucial role in driving sales and brand awareness for our online stores. You will design, plan and execute innovative promotional strategies to attract and engage customers, increase conversions, and boost revenue. Seedcom is looking for suitable members to join our dynamic and energetic E- commerce Promotion Team.(Kingfoodmart is having more than 100 stores in Ho Chi Minh and Binh Duong) and mobile app OneLife to serve millions of customers in Vietnam.
Key Responsibilities:
Promotion Planning and Execution:
• Create and manage a pipeline of weekly and monthly promotional campaigns.
• Analyze product data, customer data and trends to anticipate product needs and plan product ranges and inventory (sale forecast).
Data- Driven Strategy:
• Monitor campaign performance metrics (e.g sales, inventory) and consider markdowns/discount, promotions, price changes, and clear- outs in time.
• Leverage sales and customer behavior analytics to optimize deal structures and pricing strategies.
• Ensure ROI- positive promotions through detailed forecasting and post- promotion analysis.
Collaboration and Coordination:
• Work closely with the marketing team to craft compelling digital assets and campaign messaging: product descriptions with photos and videos that resonate with target audiences, product display on web/app to maximize customer interest and sales.
• Partner with supply chain, offline merchandise and data analyst teams to ensure stock inventory with best prices for promotions.
• Work closely with the order fulfillment team to process and deliver the order with high quality products to customers on time.
Market and Competitor Research:
• Innovate and propose new promotional ideas to drive differentiation and customer loyalty.
• Stay updated on market trends, competitor deals & prices, and customer preferences.
Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Data Analytics, or a related field.
Experience:
Experience working with product databases, pricing strategies, or campaign analytics is a plus.
Skills:
Creative thinking and a keen interest in promotional campaigns.
