[Elite Fitness] Marketing Director

About Us:
Elite Fitness Vietnam is a premium fitness center chain dedicated to delivering world- class fitness experiences. We&039;re seeking a strategic Marketing Director to elevate our brand presence in the Vietnamese market.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with Elite Fitness&039;s premium positioning
- Collaborate with sales teams to drive membership growth
- Plan and execute high- profile events and partnerships
- Lead brand development initiatives and maintain brand consistency across all channels
- Manage marketing budget and ROI analysis
- Oversee digital marketing campaigns, social media presence, and content strategy
- Manage and mentor a high- performing marketing team
- Create and optimize customer acquisition and retention programs

Required Qualifications:
- 8+ years of marketing experience, with at least 3 years in leadership roles
- Bachelor&039;s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
- Strong understanding of the Vietnamese luxury market landscape
- Fluent in English and Vietnamese
- Experience in the fitness, wellness, or lifestyle sectors is highly preferred
- Proven track record in premium or luxury brand marketing
- Excellent team leadership and stakeholder management skills
Preferred Experience:
- Digital marketing expertise, including social media and influencer marketing
- Understanding of fitness industry trends and consumer behavior
- Experience in customer journey optimization and CRM
- Track record of successful marketing campaigns in Vietnam
