Key Responsibilities:

Curriculum Development:
Incorporate hospitality- specific vocabulary, phrases, and scenarios into the curriculum.
Create lesson plans, teaching materials, and assessment tools that align with learning objectives and industry best practices.
Develop comprehensive English language curricula tailored to the specific needs of hotel departments (e.g., Front Office, Food & Beverage, Housekeeping, Spa, etc.).

Instruction and Training:

Utilize a variety of teaching methodologies, including communicative language teaching, role- playing, and practical exercises.
Deliver engaging and interactive English lessons to individuals and groups of employees.
Conduct regular assessments to monitor employee progress and adjust teaching strategies as needed.
Provide constructive feedback to learners to facilitate their progress and build confidence.

Employee Development:

Offer support and guidance to employees in their language learning journey.
Identify individual and departmental English language training needs through assessments and consultation with department heads.
Promote a culture of continuous learning and improvement within the hotel.
Administrative and Reporting:
Maintain accurate records of attendance, progress, and training completion.
Prepare regular reports on training effectiveness and employee language proficiency to the HR Manager.
Manage training schedules and logistics efficiently.

Qualifications:

Education: Bachelor&039;s degree in English Language, Linguistics, Education, or a related field. A TEFL, TESOL, CELTA, or equivalent certification is highly preferred.
