- Tracks training progress and follows up department training coordinators to keep them on track, and ensures complete implementation of training plan in a timely productive manner
- Coordinates and facilitates the internal cross training programs
- Maintains and upkeeps the Training Library

- Coordinates and build up the syllabus for English training
- Ensures that all materials are properly prepared and handled before and after training
- Coordinates and facilitates the implementation of TOEIC
- Keeps current with the new corporate and property- initiated programs, updates management tool releases
- Ensures English technical resources, training materials and supplies are available to associates
- Coordinates, provides instructions and prepares reports of Fast Track Programs

- Degree or diploma in Hotel Management or equivalent

- Good English language skills
