English Teacher (Part-Time)

Regularly evaluate students‘ performance through tests, assignments, and feedback sessions to ensure they are improving their language skills.
Promote the use of English in everyday work situations, such as meetings, presentations, and email communications.
Work closely with the company to align language training with company goals and individual development plans.
Develop and deliver customized English language courses.
Evaluate employees‘ English levels to design effective training materials that accommodate their busy schedules.
Conduct engaging and interactive classes.

Ability to inspire and motivate employees to learn and improve their English skills.
Offer both online and offline training sessions.
Keep detailed records of employees‘ study habits and monitor their learning progress.
Manage classes with approximately 15- 25 participants.
Flexible class schedule: after working hours (17:00) or on weekends, with each session lasting 1- 2 hours.
Enthusiasm for teaching and a genuine interest in helping students achieve their language goals.
Minimum 3 years of teaching experience, preferably with adult learners or professionals.
Bachelor’s degree in English, Education or a related field.
Proficient in using digital teaching tools and online platforms to facilitate learning.
Strong command of the English language with excellent pronunciation, grammar, and vocabulary.
Effective interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.

Negotiable salary based on your skills & experience; working online as a part- time job, flexible time
