Event Sales Manager (Nightlife field)

- Serve as the primary point of contact for corporate and private event clients, working closely with them to understand their specific needs, preferences, and objectives.
- Building and maintaining strong, long- term relationships with key decision- makers within target organizations.
- Responsible for creating and delivering compelling sales presentations and proposals that showcase our lounge&039;s unique value proposition, exceptional service, and state- of- the- art facilities.
- A key player in diversifying our lounge&039;s customer base and increasing our market share in the corporate and private events segment, identify and pursue new business opportunities, convert leads into booked events, and consistently meet or exceed sales targets.
- Stay up- to- date with industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics to identify new opportunities and maintain a competitive edge.
- Be responsible for actively prospecting, acquiring, and managing clients who are seeking a unique and memorable event experience for their organizations or personal celebrations.
- Negotiate contracts, close deals, and ensure a smooth handoff to our operations team for flawless event execution.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams, including marketing, operations, and management, to develop and implement effective sales strategies, optimize processes, and ensure seamless communication and coordination.

Working time: 09 AM- 06:30 PM, on duty at lounge when has event at night
