LDC established presence in the South & Southeast Asia Region over 100 years ago opening an office in Australia in 1913 and trading grains to the international market. In 1993, our regional Singapore headquarters opened, which now serves as our regional hub for origination and merchandizing activities spanning across 9 platforms- Grains and Oilseeds, Juice, Freight, Global Markets, Food and Feed Solutions, Rice, Coffee, Cotton and Sugar across 9 countries Singapore, Australia, India, Indonesia, Vietnam, Pakistan Malaysia, Thailand and Bangladesh.
Main Responsibilities
I/ Responsible for following up the performance of contracts deliver to bonded warehouse:
· Updating status delivery in Inventory Bonded warehouse file and FOB shipment report.
· Checking original payment documents submitted by sellers/ suppliers.
· Sending shipping instruction to sellers and delivery notice the bonded warehouse.
· Following up coffee delivery status.
· Following up payment to sellers until receipt of payment.
· Updating data of Warehouse Receipt, generating invoice in the system and request payment.
II/ Responsible for following up deliveries and payments of local purchases:
· Solving problems
· Generating payment confirmation, collecting, and checking payment documents to submit for payment.
III/ Responsibility for following up deliveries and payments of Local Sales:
· Checking the amount received from buyers for releasing coffee.
· Sending out delivery instruction to warehouse / Executing invoices on XBS after receiving Stock transfer from warehouse
· Handling claims received from suppliers.
VI/ Additional responsibilities:
· Supporting outbound team if required
· Back up pending works of colleagues when he/she’s off.
· Receiving and handling Ad- hoc work assigned by line manager.
