Managed factory rental contracts by ensuring timely monthly payments and overseeing relocation preparations to AES site.
Directed overseas trip arrangements for VN teams, coordinating visas, hotel bookings, transportation, and providing translation services as needed.
Oversaw visitor registration and trip arrangements by verifying HR Admin’s work on visas, work permits, and service contracts under TTI.
Supervised the guest control process, including accommodation, transportation, and scheduling for visitors, ensuring smooth and professional experiences.
Delivered comprehensive support to expatriates, including housing arrangements, transportation, event coordination, and translation, fostering a comfortable and efficient work environment.
Employee Relations and Learning and Development Initiatives:
