Fashion Advisor

Working location: Runway Store, District 1, HCMC
Working time:

Morning Shift (8am- 4pm) and Afternoon shift (12am- 8pm) | 6 days per week
10am- 8pm | 5 days per week

Key tasks

Follow the company’s policies and procedures
Advise Clients across the Brand and all product categories
Engage with Clients to develop long- term relationships, leveraging different tools, in order to foster Brand loyalty
Respect Runway Vietnam standards in terms of grooming and behavior
Drive and achieve individual and team objectives and be accountable for sales results
Welcome every Client and provide the best Client experience
Perform as a team- player, participate in all activities contributing to the overall objectives of the store
Learn and master Brand and product knowledge

QUALIFICATIONS

Willingness to follow up, and follow- up again with our guests and clients
Experience in sales with prestige or luxury brands is preferable
Strong drive to set and achieve targeted sales and personal income goals
Good- to- excellent self- learning skill is essential
Experience in exceeding established sales goals and providing exceptional customer experience
