Front Office Interns.
In this role, you will be part of the first impression team—welcoming guests with elegance, providing meaningful assistance during their stay, and ensuring their experience begins and ends with warmth and professionalism. This is your opportunity to learn from a world- class Front Office team in a luxury beachfront setting.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
Coordinate with other departments to ensure guest needs are met seamlessly.
Assist with handling phone calls, taking messages, and redirecting communication.
Provide accurate information about the resort, room categories, services, and local attractions.
Greet and welcome guests upon arrival with genuine warmth and professionalism.
Maintain a tidy and welcoming front desk and lobby area.
Support in preparing guest arrivals, room keys, welcome amenities, and special requests.
Respond to guest inquiries and handle basic requests in a timely and courteous manner.
Assist in the check- in and check- out process under the guidance of the Front Office team.

- Internship duration: Minimum 3 months.
- Hospitality, Tourism, or Business major (or related field).
- Polite, confident, and service- minded.
- Basic English communication skills (additional languages are a plus).
- Well- groomed, punctual, and able to work in a team environment.
- Eager to learn and enthusiastic about working with international guests.
- Willing to work flexible shifts (morning, afternoon, weekend, or holiday).
