Fulltime Marketing Executive

Duties & Responsibilities

Perform additional duties as assigned.
Query editors with story ideas on a regular basis.
Share articles across social media platforms to increase reach.
Edit and proofread all articles before submission.
Understand the needs of target audiences and craft content that is both informative and engaging.
Incorporate SEO best practices into all articles to increase web traffic.
Present ideas and final deliverables to internal and external teams, and communicate with senior leaders about marketing programs and content strategies.
Adhere to strict deadlines set by the editor.
Write original articles on a variety of travel- related topics, including destination spotlights, hotel and restaurant reviews, tips for budget- minded travelers, etc.
Select high- quality photos to accompany articles.
Identify effectiveness and impact of current marketing initiatives with tracking and analysis, and optimize accordingly
Attend industry events and familiarization trips when possible, to gather first- hand knowledge of destinations.
Create, maintain, and conduct analytics reporting across multiple platforms and extract key insights for future campaign development and go- to- market strategies, complete with formal proposals and recommendations on tactics.
Research destinations thoroughly before writing to ensure the accuracy of the information presented.
Keep up- to- date on current trends in the travel industry.
Manage content and updates for customer and internal touch points, establish budget guidelines, participate in events, document business processes, and provide sales support.

Required Skills and Qualifications

Excellent organizational skills and multitasking ability.
Exceptional writing, editing, and researching skills.
1- 3 years of professional travel writing experience.
Ability to work independently and with a team to meet deadlines.
Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Adobe Acrobat Pro.

Preferred Skills and Qualifications

Experience with SEO and keyword research.
Proofreading experience and familiarity with standard style guides.
A keen eye for detail and appreciation of great design.
Familiarity with the travel industry.
Experience working with content management systems, WordPress, etc.

Internal regulations
· Location: 70 Phu Vien – Bo De – Long Bien – Hanoi
· Working hours: Monday – Saturday (9:00- 18:00), 2 Saturdays off per month.(Alternative day off with other teammates).
