Game Data Analyst

Provide monthly main KPIs data evolution for each project, quarterly full player analysis and list of recommendations for each project, quarterly full data analysis of all the games
Develop, implement, automate data collection systems, data analytics and other strategies that optimize statistical efficiency and quality
Analyze data using statistical techniques and provide ongoing reports, propose enhancement/KPI
Analyze player behavior, evaluate game performance, interpret trends or patterns in complex data sets and propose suggestions to business challenge
Collaborate with product development teams (game or gamification solutions) to understand the insight and prioritize the analysis needs
Acquire data from different data sources and maintain databases/data systems, filter and “clean” data by discovering any mismatches or outliers, present information using dashboards and other data visualization techniques
Define the business tracking need for specific KPI, working efficiently with the Data Tracking Specialist and BI Team to provide accurate data analysis

Knowledge of statistics and experience using statistical packages for analyzing datasets (Excel, SPSS, SAS etc.)
Knowledge of Jira (Data, Dashboards, JQL queries) is a plus
Adept at queries, report writing and presenting findings
Knowledge on Business Intelligence tools as Metabase, Microsoft Power BI or Looker are a must
At least 2 years working experience as a Data Analyst on Gaming Industries
Technical expertise regarding data models, database design development, data mining and segmentation techniques
High presentation, reporting and communication skills with professional English competency
Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy
Strong team spirit, high commitment and self- discipline
Meticulousness, result- oriented working approach, flexible attitude and a quick learner
Knowledge of and experience with reporting packages (Business Objects etc.), databases (SQL etc.), programming (XML, JavaScript, or ETL frameworks)
Business Intelligence in Gaming are required, business Intelligence in Kids Gaming are a big plus
