General Accountant

Accounting Documents Management: Monitor and manage all accounting documents using the QuickBooks system.
Cost Analysis: Prepare reports analyzing costs, pricing, variable contributions, and sales results.
Monitor Day- to- Day Operations: Monitor the day- to- day accounting operations and manage monthly cash, payment for product and service within the company.
External Relations: Work with banks, trade unions, social insurance, and tax departments to resolve relevant issues.
Invoicing and Forecasting: Issue sales invoices and prepare cash flow forecasts.
Tax Reports: Check and submit quarterly and annual tax reports (PIT, VAT) and manage related payments.
Budget Management: Set up, monitor, and manage budgets across all departments.
Financial Reporting: Prepare monthly Profit & Loss statements and operation expenses reports.
Pricing Monitoring: Manage and monitor PPS pricing for new clients and vendors to ensure margins align with business plans.
Cash Flow Management: Oversee payables and receivables, and ensure payment terms are met to maintain operational cash flow.

Strong knowledge of accounting principles, practices, and financial regulations.
Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively with other departments and external partners.
Experience in Tax refund and Tax Finalization is preferred
Understanding of tax regulations and compliance requirements.
Well- organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
2- 5 years experience as a General Accountant or in a similar accounting role, preferably within a dynamic work environment.
Proficiency in accounting software and strong skills in using spreadsheets and other financial tools.
Strong analytical and problem- solving skills, with the capability to identify issues and implement effective solutions.
Graduate with a diploma or bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field.
Exceptional attention to detail with the ability to ensure accuracy in financial reporting and document management.
