General Accountant

- Investigate the gap if any between the physical count of stock & assets and solve the issue.
- Ensure both group report & statutory report comply with the company policy and local regulation.
- Other ad- hoc assignments from the Management if required.
- Handle accrual and allocation, prepaid expenses.
- Verify the quarterly commission/incentive for the sales team and back- office staff.
- Manage all accounting transactions that are recorded in ERP.
- In charge of tax audits and internal & external audits.
- Assist the Finance Director in preparing the budget.
- Control cash flow including cash at the bank, loan (from the parent company, inter- company, or bank loan). Handle cash forecast in detail for the next 3 months.
- Handle monthly, quarterly, and yearly closing. Ensure accuracy, completeness, and timely financial reporting.
- Handle tax legislative regulation. Tax reports (except for PIT) & other reports to the Government. Timely tax payments according to local regulations.

- Familiar with international accounting software such as SAP, ERP, Navision... The candidate with Navision software experience is preferred for recruitment.
- Teamwork, ownership, leadership, and collaboration.
- Strong attention to detail and good analytical skills
- At least 5 years&039; experience in the same role at international environment.
- Graduated from university with a related major
- Good in English.
