General Accountant

Financial Accounting and Reporting:
Responsible for the full set of accounts (AP, AR, and GL).
Prepare monthly reporting to Investment Relations colleagues and investors.
Prepare weekly cash flow reports and liquidity meeting presentation, funding analysis, and liquidity planning.
Review P&L performance, explain budget gaps, and support cost/revenue optimization projects.
Conduct ad- hoc business case, scenario modeling, and cost analysis.
Prepare monthly financial statements and reports (IFRS, VAS, Management reports).
Financial planning and analysis:
Review incentive bonus schemes and calculations
Assist in budget and forecast preparation, review budget models, monitor performance, and deviations.
Loan, Banking and Payments:
Verify payments, prepare payment registers, and liaise with banks.
Prepare documents and liaise with the legal team for loan registration with SBV.
Review loan agreements and commercial contracts.
Assist in managing hedging risk, developing hedging strategies, and preparing hedging documents and summary
Audit, Tax and Compliance:
Prepare tax reports and filings, DTA registration, handle tax matters, and develop tax strategies with tax consultants and the internal tax team.
Liaise with auditors for annual and special audits.
Process Improvement and Ad- hoc Tasks:
Assist in other ad- hoc tasks as required.
Participate in reviewing business processes and internal controls to enhance efficiency and profitability.

Competence and experience requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Accounting or similar field
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and knowledge in other analytic tools would be an advantage
Able to work well both independently and collaboratively in a team environment
Able to work in an unstructured environment, navigate ambiguity, manage multiple assignments simultaneously, and provide clarity and structure
Effective problem- solving abilities.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Detail- oriented, well- organized, multitasking, committed and responsible;
3- 6 years of working experience
Excellent analytical skills to process voluminous data, interpret trends, establish high- quality insights and business implications
Has audit experience would be an advantage

Responsibilities

To be responsible to superiors for the assigned work results;
Comply with all instructions, maneuvers, and assignments of superiors for problems arising at work
Complete the assigned work effectively and on time;

Time and location of work

Overtime: According to the work requirements.
Working time: 9am- 6pm from Monday to Friday every week;
Work: depending on the job requirements and assignment of superiors.
Lunch break: 12h- 13h;
