Cost Analysis: Prepare reports analyzing costs, pricing, variable contributions, and sales results.
Pricing Monitoring: Manage and monitor PPS pricing for new clients and vendors to ensure margins align with business plans.
Monitor Day- to- Day Operations: Monitor the day- to- day accounting operations and manage monthly cash, payment for product and service within the company.
Accounting Documents Management: Monitor and manage all accounting documents using the QuickBooks system.

Cash Flow Management: Oversee payables and receivables, and ensure payment terms are met to maintain operational cash flow.
External Relations: Work with banks, trade unions, social insurance, and tax departments to resolve relevant issues.
Financial Reporting: Prepare monthly Profit & Loss statements and operation expenses reports.
Tax Reports: Check and submit quarterly and annual tax reports (PIT, VAT) and manage related payments.
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:
Experience in Tax refund and Tax Finalization is preferred, understanding of tax regulations and compliance requirements.
Strong knowledge of accounting principles, practices, and financial regulations.
Exceptional attention to detail with the ability to ensure accuracy in financial reporting and document management.
2- 5 years experience as a General Accountant or in a similar accounting role, preferably within a dynamic work environment.
Strong analytical and problem- solving skills, with the capability to identify issues and implement effective solutions.
Well- organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
Graduate with a diploma or bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field.
