General Accountant

Ø Record accrued expense such as mobile phone, audit fees, KPI…and other expense entries such as salary, social insurance, PIT,…
Ø To entry warehouse receipt- issue & goods treatment document into SAP.
Ø Check advance payment and output warehouse to follow up the budget.
Ø Control Advertisement & Promotion expenses.
Ø Prepare Financial statements (Trial balance, Balance sheet, Profit and lost)
Ø Compare the fluctuation of expenses between current periods with the past period (monthly report).
Ø Prepare inventory report (aging inventory, inventory valued, high inventory, %COGS,…)
Ø Cost center: collect actual expense and compare with budget, send to related department.
Ø Input, checking and reconcile the detail book and general ledger.
Ø Check Summary program promotions with the Sales, Marketing department
Ø Other Finance & Accounting department tasks when required by Head of Finance.
Ø Monitor details as: sales seminar, workshop farmers, event, demo ….to follow up the budget.
Ø Check all program registered with the Department of Industry and Trade, and compare with actual.
Ø Summary monthly payment plan from all departments and compare the planned payments with the actual (cash flow).
Ø Check summary production order and revaluation inventory.

Ø Knowledge and education level:
Experience : 3 years experience
Graduate from University
Ø Skills: Good at SAP software & MS Office skills.
