General Accountant

Process activities

Collating the tax accounts with custom accounts and contracts, to keep consistency.
Booking JE related to salary, SI, and UI…at month end.
Process annual report audit items for the accountants.
Processing all General Ledger, and AP vouchers.
Preparing reports as requested.
To assist the custom declarer.
Preparing for month- end closing.
Other ad hoc assignments.
Checking purchasing contracts before giving them to CFA.
Reviewing various tax payments, declarations, etc.
Reconcile all accounts.
Preparing loan report to submit to SBV.
Preparing the statistical reports.

Responsibility

Processing the annual inspection of business and other certificates on time.
Take responsibility as a member for an integrated management system (IMS) relating to finance: communicate IMS policy, and KPI; track periodical KPI; establish or revise documentation; prepare for internal audit, certification body audit, customer audit, complete correction, corrective action report (if any), prepare input for management review, give proposed improvement idea (if any).
Reviewing all the tax payment issues accurately and on time.
Prepare all financial reports on time and accurately.

Fluent in English.
Well know about allTax, inventory, AP, AR, FS report, costing, fixed asset.
College or above degree in finance, with the Accounting Practitioners Certificate.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially in Excel.
Strong experience in accounting systemSAP B1.
3- 5 years working experience asGeneral Accountant in manufacturing company, with accounting firms working experience preferred.
Knowledge of state policies, laws, provisions, and regulation.
Basic accounting knowledge.
