Objective of role:
General Accountant is to manage and oversee various financial aspects within an organization, ensuring accurate and transparent recording of financial transactions.
Detailed responsibilities/accountabilities
Accounting Tasks:
Coordinate with relevant departments to address issues and propose improvements to accounting processes.
Identify and track expenses and income related to the company&039;s business activities.
Plan, organize, and complete annual audit processes.
Monitor and record the company&039;s buying and selling transactions.
Record, verify, and classify documents, ensuring complete data entry into the accounting system.
Implement internal controls to ensure compliance with internal control procedures and legal regulations related to accounting and taxes.
Control and manage operational expenses within the annual budget.
Generate internal statistical reports on a regular basis.
Prepare consolidated tables of sales, profits, and financial indicators.
Reporting Tasks:
Prepare and analyze financial reports, periodic tax reports, and management accounting reports as required by management to ensure accuracy and compliance with legal regulations and accounting procedures in the preparation of reports.
Tax- related Documentation Tasks:
Monitor the latest laws and regulations regarding taxes and apply them to accounting operations.
Prepare and submit tax documents on time.
Bookkeeping Tasks:
Record salary expenses and other related transactions.
Control, reconcile figures.
Print and store accounting books and documents as required.
Account for depreciation of fixed assets.
Perform journal entries for closing.
Bookkeeping of income and expenses, economic transactions such as purchasing goods, services, and assets.
Record allocation of expenses, such as depreciation expenses, short- term/long- term prepaid expenses.
Team Management:
Support accounting team and others for tax and accounting princible.
Connect and engage team members to work effectively.
