General Accountant

YOUR MISSION:
Working location: Dat Do industrial park – Having shuttle bus from Vung Tau city
This position is accountable for managing accounting related to payment and support costing and making finance report in the newly established factory in Ba Ria- Vung Tau.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
Managing accounting activity in the current small factory in Dong Nai (50%)
- Work with the auditors yearly and Tax inspectors if any;
- Record input invoice and be responsible daily checking data and make sure all accounting accounts balance;
- Prepared yearly financial statement following VAS principles
- Prepare monthly financial statement (temporary)
- Support Procurement team to review payment condition, tax condition in Purchase order/ Commercial Contract;
Payment + supporting costing in newly established factory in Ba Ria- Vung Tau (50%)
- Checking PIT report from HR department periodically.
- Make the assets report;
- Record all payment transactions to accounting system daily as accounting regulations and management requirements.
- Check payment document
- Work with the auditors yearly and Tax inspectors if any;
- Others as assigned by the Chief Accountant.
- Make VAT report periodically.
- Check input invoices to accounting system daily.
- Make periodical reports to state bank related to the overseas loans or capital.
- Make management report related to bank statement monthly.
- Calculate depreciation and production cost monthly.
WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU
- Ability to work under tight deadlines and high pressure and complete tasks in a timely manner;
- Graduated from University (preferable in Accounting/ Audit major)
- At least 5- 10 years’ experience in manufacturing General Accounting/ Costing;
- Excellent communication, interpersonal skills;
- Strong knowledge about VAS, Tax;
- Mature, careful and detail- oriented;
- Good in reading/ writing in English;
- Be able to work independently as well as in a team;
- Willing to business travel;
