General Accountant (Kế toán tổng hợp)

Accounting & Financial Operations
- Maintain accounting records and supporting documents accurately.
- Manage supplier payments and account balances.
- Perform daily cash audits and manage General Cashier functions.
- Process payroll, service charge distribution, and staff reimbursements.
- Issue VAT invoices and monitor receivables.
- Record and reconcile daily revenue from POS, cash, bank transfers, and card payments.
- Coordinate with external accountants and auditors when required.
Cost Control & Inventory Management
- Conduct and supervise monthly inventory counts. * Verify stock movements and inventory reports.
- Analyze purchasing costs, wastage, breakage, and inventory variances.
- Support purchasing activities, supplier evaluations, and quotation comparisons.
- Monitor food and beverage costs and identify cost- saving opportunities.
Reporting & Compliance
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax regulations, and company policies.
- Prepare monthly Profit & Loss reports, cash flow reports, and inventory analyses.
- Maintain organized accounting records and documentation.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly management reports.
- Support budgeting and forecasting activities.
Business Support & Continuous Improvement
- Provide financial insights and recommendations to Management.
- Improve internal control systems and accounting procedures.
- Assist Management in monitoring business performance and profitability.
Yêu cầu công việc
- Honest, responsible, detail- oriented, and highly organized.
- Ability to work independently and maintain high accuracy.
- Minimum 3 years of accounting experience.
- Bachelor&039;s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- Strong understanding of inventory control, costing, payroll, and tax regulations.
- Experience in hospitality, restaurant, hotel, or F&B businesses is strongly preferred.
- Proficiency in Excel and accounting software.
English is good enough to communicate with foreigners
WORKING HOURS
- Two Saturdays per month
- Public holidays and annual leave in accordance with labor regulations.
- Monday to Friday: 09:00 – 18:00

- Gross Salary:
15,000,000- 20,000,000
VND/month
- Salary based on qualifications and experience.
Service Charge Program
- After successful completion of 3 months: Eligible for 0.5 Service charge point
- Service Charge is subject to the Company&039;s monthly distribution policy.
- The first 3 months: No service charge.
- After successful completion of 6 months: Eligible for 1.0 Service charge point
