General Accountant (Real Estate | English)

Currently, we are looking for a General Accountant to join our Finance and Accounting team.
Job Scope(s):

Coordinate with staff in the department to establish, build and implement processes and regulations related to the Company&039;s financial activities.
Prepare tax reports periodically.
Cash management and banking transactions.
Check payment request documents.
Other tasks as assigned by the line Manager.
Support in preparing document/reports when tax inspection and finalization.
Check the ending balance of accounts, make monthly/quarterly/yearly financial reports.
Regular Budget and Cash Flow Support.
Implement and monitor customer revenues and payments according to schedule.
Prepare receipts, payments or transfer money based on the approved payment requests.
Monitor and record for arising entries of accounts, transferring revenue and expenses.
Work with the external auditors for auditing FS.

Responsible, autonomous, punctual and detail- oriented.
Ability to work in a team and independently.
Solving problem skills.
Fluent in English is a plus.
University Graduate, major in Accounting, Finance or Auditing.
Experience or knowledge in real estate or construction is a plus.
Have 3 years experiences in the same position.
Good computer skills (MS Office, accounting software).
Eagerness to learn, interest of challenges, willing to share.
Ability to handle and prioritize multi- tasks to meet deadlines.
