General Accountant T&j Green Energy Co. Ltd

Job Duties and Responsibilities:
- Other tasks assigned by Chief accountant
- Coordinates with other departments, internal audit from parent companies and external parties
- Support to prepare FS (VAS) and other internal statements
- Bookeeping daily transactions into accounting software
- Suppor to implement bank procedure and other procedure with government authorities (tax office, SBV, financial department, DPI,...)
- Support to make tax declarations and finalizations (VAT, CIT, FCT…)

***JOB REQUIREMENT:
- Computer skills: Computer literate- Microsoft Office, popular accounting software (FAST, Misa, Bravo, Effect,…)
- Transfer pricing reports, VAT refunds, custom clearance- tax exemption, loan precedure (prefer but not required)
- Be able to drafting contractual claim notices and letters, discuss by emails in English
- Required Qualifications and education: University degree majoring in accounting, finance, auditing
- Language: Good commands of English (reading and writting)
- Working experience: Good knowledge in Vietnamese Accounting Standards and the prevailing tax regulations
- Preferred:
+ Locate near the plant
+ Willing to travel everyday (if live far away from the site)
+ Have experience in another WTE project (preferable)
+ Have experience of working for foreign companies/ working with foreign people (preferably Japanese companies)
***WORKING CONDITION:
- Salary range: 1x million VND/month (gross salary) and reconsider annually
- Allowance (telephone, travelling, lunch,…):
+ Telephone allowance: 200,000 VND/month
+ Environment allowance: 600,000 VND/month
+ Lunch at company canteen
- 13rd monthly salary
- Social insurance: Depend on the internal rule of company
- Other benefits:
+ Travelling, health checking: annually
+ Other bonus (holidays,…): Depend on the internal rule of company
- Report to: Chief accountant, BOD and sponsors
- Working location: The project plant (Cuu Yen village, Ngu Thai commune, Thuan Thanh town Bac Ninh province)
- Company bus: Daily transportation from Hanoi city to the company factory
- Working schedule: From Monday to Saturday weekly (Saturday- to be discussed), except Vietnamese public holidays, from 8h- 12h and 13h- 17h

Salary range: 1x million VND/month (gross salary) and reconsider annually

13rd monthly salary

Company bus: Daily transportation from Hanoi city to the company factory
