General Accountant

· Perform costing calculation for our products, including material costs, manpower cost, work- in- process, fixed overheads etc. Summarizing and proposing cost optimization methods
· Responsible for all matters related to Accounts Receivable and Payables
· Handle daily accounting operation and all taxation issues
· Prepare Budget forecasts.
· Handle fixed assets monitoring and inventory management
· Report on company’s financial health and liquidity.
· Comply with financial policies and regulations
· Tax declaration and finalization (VAT, CIT, FCT, PIT…)
· Review reconciliation balance sheet account
· Prepare monthly, quarterly and yearly financial statements following Vietnam Accounting Standards
· Input all accounting transactions into the system
· Issue sales/VAT invoices
· Reinforce financial data confidentiality and conduct database backups when necessary.
· Ensure timely payments in all areas.
· Manage and reconcile inventory record to ensure accuracy and completeness
· Providing explanation to data and submitting documents as well as reports to tax authorities and auditors
· Support other team members in various areas of financial accounting functions are required
· Do payroll and other subsidiaries
· Summarizes current financial status by collecting information, preparing Balance sheet, Profit and loss statement, Tax report and other reports in English

Have good problem- solving skills.
Good interpersonal, communication skills. Team
Bachelor’s degree of Finance/Accounting or equivalent.
At least 4 years’ experience with the same position in a foreign manufacturing factory
Advanced skill for Microsoft office (Word, Excel).
Good English communication for working directly with Top Management
Good knowledge in Vietnamese accounting system and tax regulations, and using of accounting software MIS an advantage
Strong attention to detail and good analytical skills
Experience in VAT refund and working with the tax officers at Hanoi Tax Office is an advantage
Knowledge of factory production accounting and inventory (raw material, work- in process and end products) management
Willing to learn, conscientious and enthusiastic with a can- do attitude.
