General Accountant (Vietnamese)

- Check and track the bank payment, accounts, balance the accounts/payments and be active in reporting the issues with solutions
- Others are assigned by the Line Manager
- Check the payments before submitting for further approvals
- Carry out accounting and tracking of revenue, costs, debts, salaries, insurance, allocation, accrual, provisioning... and balance customer receivables, cash in fund, expenses and performance of operations arising in connection with other accounting accounts to ensure adequate information and data to serve the preparation of financial reports according to regulations.
- Cooperate with team to prepare and complete the monthly/quarterly/yearlt finance reports
- Establish, preserve and file complete accounting records and documents in a scientific manner according to the prescribed time
- Work with Financial Controller for monthly/quarterly/yearly budget and forecast report

- Good computer skills & fluent in working on accounting system
- Being friendly, honest, careful and willing to deal the problems
- Have majority of Accounting and finance
- Be able to work under pressure
- Have at least 2 year experience in finance & accounting in hospitality.
- Basic English competencies and above
