Job Description
Responsibilities:* FINANCIAL MANAGEMENT
- COMPANY GOVERNANCE: Manage compliance and regulatory reporting requirements (e.g. annual returns, tax returns, etc)
- Prepare project [Revenue/Expense] report, billing statement, if needed
- Assist in dealing with payroll by processing wages and employee expense claims.
- Works with the external auditors during annual audit.
- Preparing reports and tax returns by the representative office tax law.
- Check reimbursement or liquidation receipts submitted in the internal system
- Other tasks as assigned by Chief Accountant in the representative office, and in HO/BOD/HO accountant
- Coordinate with the accountants in Manila and HO.
- Keeping account books and systems up to date.
- Process of Philippine Government remittances and business permits renewal
- Reconcile invoices and identify discrepancies
- Advising on how to reduce costs
- Maintaining financial records that accurately record incoming and outgoing finances.
- Ensuring that accounts are accurately monitored and recorded

Requirements:
- Good English communication
- Proficient in office computers
- Have knowledge and experience in the fields of: Payment accounting, Purchasing, accounts payable.
- Degree: University major in Accounting
- Experience: 02 years in the field of Payment Accounting, Accounts Payable/Receivable Accounting, Cost Accounting​
- Workplace in abroad
- Know how to use ERP SAP (will be trained)
- Personality: Seft- motive, dynamic, careful, enthusiastic about work, good communication, good inter- departmental coordination.
- Gender: Female, age 22- 30
- Report to: Chief Accountant in representative and Head Quarter
