General Accountant

- Support in the preparation of financial statements, reports, and budget.
- Allocate/ accrue revenue and expenditures as per tax law.
- Liaise with external auditors, banks, and local authority.
- Perform other duties given by CFO.
- Respond to employee inquiries regarding payroll issues.
- Record tools and fixed assets acquisitions and dispositions, calculate depreciation, and conduct periodic physical counts.
- Control vendor/customer master data.
- Prepare all tax returns (VAT, PIT, FCT, CIT).
- Monitor, inspect and supervise debt reconciliation, accounts payable (AP), and accounts receivable (AR).
- Process payrolls to ensure all payroll transactions are accurately recorded.
- Assist to liaise with banks for loans and credit facilities.
- Manage the credit control process to ensure that all debts are collected by the due date.

- Minimum 3 years of experience in the field of Finance, Accounting, Auditing, experience as an accounting team leader, General Accounting, or equivalent position, in the field of Finance, Accounting.
- Analytical, problem solving and work management skills.
- Proactive and agile in working.
- Compliance and honesty.
- Priority is given to candidates with experience at International Schools;
- Analyze and process materials well.
- Priority is given to candidates who can work in English and are good at it.
- Graduated from university or higher, majoring in Finance, Accounting, and Auditing.
Working time: Monday – Friday (8h00 – 17h00)
