Job Overview:
We are seeking 10 dynamic and enthusiastic English Teacher (Vietnamese nationality) to join our team and provide high- quality English language education to children between the ages of 3 and 12. The ideal candidates will have a passion for working with young learners and possess the ability to create a stimulating and nurturing learning environment. The English Teacher will be responsible for implementing engaging lesson plans, fostering language development, and ensuring the overall growth and progress of our students.
Responsibilities
● Assess and monitor the progress of students regularly, providing constructive feedback and individualized support to address areas of improvement.
● Engage in continuing professional development.
● Communicate effectively with parents or guardians regarding their child&039;s development, progress, and any concerns or achievements.
● Master and become completely proficient in all aspects of the teaching materials and student content at assigned stage level.
● Collaborate with other teachers and staff members to coordinate activities, events, and parent- teacher meetings.
● Be responsible for achieving re- enrollment number of students at the end of each course.
● Utilize existing materials, design and produce teaching materials and resources to promote active learning and cater to the diverse learning styles of young children.
● Create and maintain all teaching aids and equipment of the center at good and working condition and inform any damage to the person in charge.
● Attend and contribute to team meetings, support school events (if any).
● Other duties to meet the on- going needs of the organization.
● Precisely follow the RISE teaching methods and principles. Plan, prepare and deliver the lessons accurately to students at assigned levels.
● Keep the Academic Coordinator informed of all accidents/mishaps to children in the center (even the minor ones).
● Maintain accurate and up- to- date records of attendance, lesson plans, and student performance, and ensure compliance with administrative procedures

Qualifications
● Good communication, presentation and computer skills.
● Bachelor’s degree with English as a major. At least 1 year in teaching. Higher education is an advantage. A teaching certificate is preferred.
● Exceptional interpersonal and problem- solving skills.
● Enthusiasm for teaching and a genuine passion for working with young children.
● Motivated, energetic and dedicated, organizational and time- management skills.
● High awareness of responsibility and customer- focused.
● Excellent command of the English language, both written and spoken, with a neutral accent and clear pronunciation.
