We Are Digito is a Singapore- born digital agency with teams in Singapore and Vietnam.
You will work directly with the founder and core team on real websites and brand systems, not banner spam and pixel- polishing. Join us for real responsibility and real growth, this is where it happens.
We build and scale brands through web design, performance marketing, content, and strategy. We work with regional clients across multiple industries such as B2B, government, retail, and consumer brands. We are growing and looking for 1–2 designers who want to take ownership, grow their craft, and eventually lead creative direction.
Role Overview
We are hiring a designer who is strong in web layout, Figma, and brand visuals. You will work closely with our founder and senior team and be trusted with real client work, not filler tasks.
Key Responsibilities
Support brand & content visuals (social, banners, web assets)
Help refine Digito brand and internal creative assets
Apply consistent visual standards and improve systems
Work with the team to hand off designs cleanly to dev
Design landing pages & website sections in Figma
Requirements
Good design foundation (composition, spacing, typography)
Understands clean layout — clarity over decoration
Comfortable in Figma (Auto- layout + responsive thinking)
English communication
Nice To Have
Interest in learning UX principles & brand systems
Can describe design decisions clearly
Agency or freelance experience
