Graphic Design & Visual Execution
Update, revise, and adapt print and digital materials accurately and on time.
Create and execute visual designs based on approved concepts, brand direction, and campaign needs.
Ensure all designs reflect the correct brand look and feel for both Banyan Tree and Angsana.
Develop design layouts, computer graphics, and visual adaptations based on approved brand templates and creative direction, to support marketing and internal communications.
Design and produce marketing materials including advertisements, brochures, flyers, signage, menus, flash pieces, electronic brochures, presentations, and video content.
Content Creation
Edit photos and videos, including retouching, image adjustment, layout formatting, and simple visual effects.
Stay aware of design and content trends and share relevant references with the Marketing team.
Capture photos and visual content at the resort to support daily content, campaigns, events, and brand storytelling.
Create visual content for marketing and communication purposes, including images, layouts, and short- form videos.
Collaboration & Project Coordination
Monitor assigned projects and provide clear updates on progress, timelines, and revisions.
Work closely with the Sales & Marketing team and relevant departments to understand requirements and deliver appropriate design solutions.
Respond to feedback constructively and ensure deliverables meet agreed timelines and standards.
Coordinate with operational teams to support promotions, events, and internal communication materials.
Production, Content & Asset Management
Manage image and content updates across marketing materials, social media, and internal communications, ensuring consistency and correctness.
Prepare final artwork files for print and digital use and resolve design or production issues when they arise.
Coordinate directly with printers and production suppliers for design- related materials, including file preparation, print specifications, revisions, and timelines.
Support other marketing tasks when required
Track assigned design and content tasks and communicate status updates clearly to the MarCom Manager and relevant team members.
Manage and organize design files, assets, and content folders.
Maintain a clear and well- organized system for all design files, images, videos, and content assets, ensuring files are updated, accurate, and easy to access.
