Establish visual style guidelines to maintain design consistency
Design a cohesive icon set to help users easily recognize product features
Develop short animations (Lottie, GIFs, videos) to enhance user engagement and interaction
Create illustrations for onboarding screens, guides, empty states, and in- app marketing content and banner
Collaborate with UI/UX Designers to ensure visuals align with the overall user experience for web and mobile app

Minimum 2 years of experience in icon design and illustration
Strong visual aesthetics, with a good understanding of composition, colors, and hierarchy
Proficient in Illustrator, Photoshop, or related tools for illustration design
Experience in building and developing visual style guides
Strong teamwork and ability to receive and apply feedback effectively
Strong drawing skills with the ability to create imaginative and visually compelling illustrations.

Nice to have:

Experience in designing illustrations for web3 is a plus
Basic in After Effects, Lottie, or other motion graphics tools
Experience in UI design, especially in software development companies.
