JOB DESCRIPTION
Conceptualize and execute visually engaging designs for a wide range of marketing materials, including:
Event collateral (invitations, signage, promotional materials)
Manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks based on urgency and impact.
Digital Magazine content and layout
Social media posts (static images, animations, short videos)
Website graphics and layouts (banners, landing pages, icons)
Ensure all designs are optimized for their intended platform (e.g., web optimization, print- ready files).
Organize and maintain digital design assets in an efficient and accessible manner.
Contribute to the development and refinement of the agency&039;s design standards and processes.
Collaborate closely with the marketing team to understand project requirements and objectives.
Work efficiently and manage time effectively to meet tight deadlines without compromising design quality.
Provide constructive feedback and mentorship to junior design team members and interns as needed.
Present design concepts and effectively communicate rationale behind design choices.
Adhere strictly to established brand guidelines and ensure consistency across all design deliverables.
Stay up- to- date with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies.
REQUIREMENTS
Excellent communication, collaboration, and presentation skills.
Familiarity with web design principles and basic understanding of HTML/CSS is a plus.
Demonstrated ability to work quickly and efficiently under pressure while maintaining high design standards.
Strong attention to detail and a commitment to producing error- free work.
Preferred but not required: Some Video Editing Skills.
Expert proficiency in industry- standard design software, including but not limited to: Adobe Photoshop; Adobe Illustrator; Adobe InDesign; Figma (preferred) or Sketch; Motion graphics/video editing software (e.g., Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro) is a plus.
Excellent understanding of typography, color theory, layout principles, and visual hierarchy.
Bachelor&039;s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field.
3- 5 years of professional experience as a Graphic Designer, preferably within a marketing or advertising agency.
A proactive and self- motivated approach with a strong sense of ownership.
A strong portfolio showcasing a diverse range of design projects across digital and print mediums.
Ability to interpret and translate creative briefs effectively.
