Graphic Designer & Video Editor

JOB SUMMARY
We are seeking a creative Communication Specialist with a passion for visual storytelling to join our team. In this role, you will drive employee engagement by developing compelling communication strategies and producing high- quality graphic and video content. You will ensure that our key messages are delivered effectively across the organization and that our brand voice remains consistent, inspiring, and visually impactful across all channels.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

Be responsible for the creation of promotional packages for both internal and external events, including pre- event teasers, poster design, and post- event recap videos.
Perform other related tasks as assigned by the Manager.
Coordinate and produce engaging video content specifically for the internal TV system.
Manage the end- to- end production of Wanek videos, including talent casting (if needed), scheduling, filming, editing, and subtitling.
Lead photography and videography efforts for all internal company events.
Maintain and update the Communication Calendar daily and weekly to ensure all team projects stay on track and meet deadlines.
Take charge of the full design package, including signage, e- cards, banners, gifts, and other visual assets.
Create visual assets and collaborate with the team to manage and update the Company’s social media pages.
Develop comprehensive communication materials such as company brochures, media kits, key messages, and videos in response to requests from Business Leaders and Department Heads to ensure effective internal communication.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in graphic design or related field
Experience:

2+ years of experience as a graphic designer or in related field.
Demonstrable graphic design skills with a strong portfolio.

Skill:

Technical Photography/Videography: Highly skilled in operating DSLR cameras, including lighting and audio setup.
Collaborative mindset: Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to lead coordination and resolve problems effectively within a team.
Creative adaptability: Up- to- date with emerging design trends and best practices; open to giving and receiving constructive feedback.
Project management: Proven ability to multi- task, prioritize, and meet tight deadlines in a fast- paced, dynamic environment.
AI integration: Proactive in identifying and implementing AI tools to optimize and streamline creative workflows.
Good communication skills in both English and Vietnamese.
Design & multimedia mastery: Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects) and CapCut.

Physical Requirements

Stands and walks/moves to different locations as needed.
Sits for extended periods of time
