Graphic Designer

Develop and maintain a cohesive visual identity for Stag, ensuring consistency across all touchpoints.
Collaborate with cross- functional teams to understand project requirements and translate them into effective design solutions.
Stay up- to- date with industry trends and best practices in design, fintech, and user experience.
Help maintain and organize our digital asset library, ensuring files are easily accessible and properly labeled.
Assist in the creation of marketing campaigns and promotional materials, including email newsletters, banners, videos
Produce wireframes, mockups, and prototypes to communicate design concepts and user flows.
Design and iterate on landing pages, social media material, email campaigns, ad creatives, and other growth- focused assets to drive user acquisition and activation.

Portfolio showcasing design projects with a focus on growth and measurable impact.
Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, Figma, or equivalent.
2+ years of experience in digital design, preferably in a growth- focused role.
Bachelor&039;s degree in Graphic Design, Digital Design, or related field.
