PURPOSE OF THE ROLE
As our Group Brand Head, you will be the visionary architect responsible for shaping and propelling our brand&039;s evolution from a leading jewelry retailer to a dominant force in the lifestyle market. You will lead the charge in defining our expanded brand portfolio, crafting a compelling narrative that captivates our growing audience, and driving impactful brand strategies that fuel our ambitious growth trajectory and secure our position as Vietnam&039;s premier lifestyle retailer. This role is for a leader who thrives on building, innovating, and leaving a lasting legacy.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Strategic Brand Vision & Portfolio Management:
Develop and refine the brand&039;s overarching strategy, defining its unique value proposition and positioning within the luxury retail market
Lead the development of a comprehensive brand architecture, optimizing the brand and product portfolio to capture new growth segments and reinforce market leadership across the lifestyle ecosystem.
Stay updated with market trends, competitor activities, and consumer insights to continuously evolve the brand strategy
Establish brand equity measurement frameworks that track and report on the health, perception, and financial impact of the brand across all touchpoints and segments
Craft a clear brand identity, ensuring that it resonates with the target audience and aligns with the brand&039;s core values
Marketing and Communication:
Drive the development and execution of breakthrough marketing campaigns that not only communicate brand story and products but also cultivate deep emotional connections and foster brand advocacy.
Oversee the strategic allocation and management of the overall brand budget, ensuring investment drives sustainable growth, brand equity, and profitability.
Lead the development of marketing campaigns that effectively communicate the brand&039;s story, products, and lifestyle
Leverage advanced analytics and consumer insights to optimize campaign performance, assess ROI, and continually refine marketing strategies for maximum impact and efficiency.
Innovation & Product Strategy:
Pioneer the integration of brand purpose and sustainability into product development and communication, reinforcing the brand&039;s long- term relevance and societal impact.
Drive cross- functional collaboration with R&D, Supply Chain, and Product Development to translate brand vision into tangible product innovation that upholds brand aesthetics, quality, and values.
Define White Spaces, New Segments and relevant Insights to develop New Products / ranges to capture growth potential to new customer segments or unmet needs.
Lead the strategic definition of the New Product Development (NPD) roadmap, ensuring it aligns with the overall brand vision, market opportunities, and competitive advantage.
Commercialization & Business Growth Enablement
Identify and evaluate strategic partnerships and collaborations that enhance brand visibility, extend market reach, and unlock new customer segments.
Collaborate closely with Retail team to ensure brand strategies translate into effective commercialization plans, driving market share and revenue growth.
Leadership
Champion cross- functional collaboration with key departments (Integrated Marketing, Retail Marketing, Supply Chain, Finance, Merchandising, etc.) to ensure seamless execution of brand strategies and initiatives that contribute to overall business success.
Lead, mentor, and inspire a high- performing brand team, fostering a culture of strategic thinking, creativity, accountability, and continuous improvement.
