Schneider Internship Program offers a 6- month professional trial aiming at attracting, growing and developing the most competent university students across the country into the Company and groom them to become future leader pipelines of Schneider Electric.

►Round 1- Resumé Application
Submit your application before 11.59 PM 29/02/2024
►Round 2- Video Interview – Hirevue
If you’re competent, you will be contacted via email to answer some short questions via video on our Video Interview platform.
►Round 3- HR Interview
You will have an opportunity to discuss further with HR team about your competency, business relevance and other benefits to work at Schneider Electric.
►Round 4- Panel Interview
Your career interests and potential will be confirmed in the discussion with Hiring Managers and/or Heads of Department.

REQUIREMENTS
Majoring in Electrical/ Automation/ Computer Science/ IT Software/ Sales/ Business Administration/ Marketing/ Commercial/Economics or equivalent fields of study are preferable, but it is not a must. We focus on your potential, passion, and appetite
Agile mindset and thirst for knowledge, willingness to unlearn and relearn
Love for learning with the ability to learn and adapt quickly
Good command of spoken and written English
