PROJECT ADMINISTRATION INTERN Full- time

JOB DESCRIPTION
Support to submit document on site to the main contractors if any
Provide full secretarial and admin support to the project team including printing, stamping, scanning and filing all documents during the project implementation such as drawings, personal documents, legal documents, letters, etc.
Assist to monitor payment schedule and status,cooperate with division admin & accountant team if any.
Assist to collect, check staff claims and invoices; to prepare, submit and follow- up the various order (if any); to keep stock of material supplies for the department
REQUIREMENTS
Willing to learn, multiple tasks and be able to work in a fast – paced environment.
Good at time management and planning skills.
Good in MS Office applications (Excel, Words & Power Point) and in four skills of English communication.
Proactive, well organized, detail- oriented, highly resourceful and follow up skills.
Be able to work full- time at least 03 months
Work independently as well as in a team
