DIGITAL MARKETING
- Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns integrated with CRM and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs).
- Brainstorm new and creative lead generation strategies to improve conversion rate.
- Execute and manage digital content production (for web, social media, mobile app) using digital platforms.
- Plan and supervise website, SEO/SEM, digital marketing database, email, social media and display advertising campaigns.
- Identify trends and insights, optimize spending and performance based on the insights.
- Collaborate with related departments, agencies and other vendor partners.
CONTENT MARKETING
- Research new content ideas and references.
- Develop short/long- term plan for content.
- Manage content plan; what, when, why, how (short/long term).
- Other tasks as assigned by Deputy Marketing Manager.
- Research relevant content from external sources, including training materials, practice manuals, news coverage and trendy issues.
- Develop content concepts and flows.
REQUIREMENTS

Degree in Marketing/ Professional Communications or related majors will be an advantage.
Having some work experiences in digital/ content marketing.
Able to work independently, hardworking, initiative and able to interact with all staff.
Incredible team player with a can- do attitude, patient.
Love writing in both English and Vietnamese. Good knowledge of Social media & Digital and how to optimize content for search engines.
