As an
Internal Communication Intern
in our team, you will:
Coordinate logistics for internal events to enhance interaction and connection among team members.
Assist in organizing team- bonding activities, internal events, and recognition programs to promote a positive company culture.
Monitor and restock office supplies; assist with asset tagging and inventory records.
Handle staff requests promptly and professionally to ensure a smooth workplace experience.
Plan on the execution of internal communication plans to keep everyone in the company well- informed.
Support Admin of daily operations to keep the office clean and organized (front desk, pantry, and facilities).
Assist in gathering quotes, processing purchase requests, and tracking invoices/receipts.
Collaborate with HR and other teams to ensure all content stays consistent with the company’s core values.
Gather employee feedback through surveys or direct chats to help improve future engagement activities.
Maintain and update internal communication channels (Slack, Email, Facebook Group, etc.) to ensure information reaches employees promptly.
Draft and design internal content such as newsletters, posters, and announcements for various communication tools.
Job requirement:
Can- do attitude with team- work spirit & always eager to learn new things.
Excellent organizational, planning, and problem- solving skills.
Good at Graphic design skills and content creation.
0- 6 months of experience in internal communication, public relations, or related fields.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong at event organization & planning.
Experience with communication tools and platforms.
