TQM Intern
What you will do
- Responsible for data quality and using data analysis tool/others method to detect any abnormal data that may potentially impact data quality
- Manage project from start to end: Briefing, monitor data quality, propose action for abnormal data or data quality issue
- Brief project requirement to Audio checker to ensure understanding project requirements
- Repair project report to stakeholders and Report to line manager
- Other Task/initiative assigned by line Manager
What we ask
- Fresh graduates or 4th year students who can work full- time;
- Strong communication skills, ability to present the findings in a detailed and accurate manner;
- Proficiency use of Microsoft office, especially Excel;
- Having knowledge of Programming, Macro,.. is a plus point
- Detail- oriented, both in understanding instructions and executing process and deliverables;
- Organized with strong time management skills;
- Logical thinking;
- Good English communication is a plus.
Charter Intern
What you will do
Report preparation:
- Read and understand project’s requirements, data.
- Prepare reports based on provided data. Make sure all items requested by the leader.
- Communicate and support when needed to ensure the reports are finished on time and under the required standards.
Charting
- Using different tools to create charts required by team.
- Perform inspection of data, reports and take appropriate action if needed.
- Other tasks required by line manager
What we ask
- Education: Fresh graduates or 4th- year students in university and colleges;
- Skill: Strong communication, time management skills, detail- oriented, adaptable ability
- Knowledge: Solid understanding of the survey, preferably in market research
- Language: English intermediate level
- Computer skill: Proficient in basic computer skills, especially PowerPoint, Excel.
- Experience: Experience in supervising staff or leading a team in school project will be a plus.
