Job Description:
Review, check, compare, and verify customer information.
Receive feedback and collaborate with professional units and technology partners to troubleshoot and resolve trading system issues.
Receive and handle customer requests.
Monitor and supervise market and trading transactions and activities of clients.
Manage and address problems during the operation of the trading system.
Issue warnings and promptly report incidents posing risks to the trading system, while proposing solutions.
Requirements:
Ability to work in rotating shifts.
Displays creative thinking and logical reasoning in the workplace
Excellent command of English language, both written and verbal
Proficient in using office informatics software: Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Microsoft Outlook.
Proficient in analyzing and assessing various types of risks, with a strong aptitude for problem- solving
Bachelor&039;s degree in Economics, Business, Finance, Banking or a related field
This is an entry level position. No experience required, training will be provided upon joining. Fresh graduates are also welcomed
